i'd say get the habitat and tell us how the bamboo skates but because it's bamboo then it drops down to about even with the foundation. take out the mystery though, too many mixed experiences to be able to count on them.

habitat. ive had lots of tum yeto boards (foundation is on tum yeto) and only a couple habitats, and the habitats won by a long shot.

I hav the exact same Foundation right now and its the best but its breaking and the Bamboo r one of the best but the mystery plain out sucks so u cant go wrong on either the bamboo or foundation

tum yeto is overrated now. back when i rode them, the shapes were different and the wood felt different too. i dont like them now.

Ehh... I'm not a fan of the bamboo plys. Strong, but the shapes were generally weird on all 4 of the bamboo habitats that I skated. They are extremely flexible , very light, and had tons of pop. Just I am not a fan of the shapes. I'd end up with a foundation out of that group. If it was a normal habitat, that would win by far.

Get the Foundation. The Habitat would be okay, but the properties of bamboo make it flexible (I prefer stiff wood). Mystery sucks. Bad.

plus, the veneers they use to make boards are WAY flexible. so if you used your logic, you wouldnt skate.

Bamboo trees grow in places where high wind tropical storms are a constant threat. Many trees snap or get uprooted from these winds. Bamboo is strong, but still bends with the wind, so it doesn't break. I just prefer a normal board. Ya understand my logic?


Plus, the glue makes a board stiff, not the wood (yes, I corrected myself). It probably doesn't make a difference, but I have no problems with good ol' maple.
