360 flip

i can varial, but i cant 3flip.. when i try to get the board to spin another 180, it stalls at a varial... any tips?

hang your toes over the edge of the board, and give a big scoop. (like wiping crap off your shoe)

Find a comfortable position, I usually have my front foot in the middle of the board, with a kickflip position. Then, have your back foot in a position to spin the board, sort of like a pop-shove it position, but a little more off the board. When you pop the tail, kick out with your front foot, let the board spin under you, catch it, and roll away.

Remember to sweep your foot back. Just remember sweeping it. Then just try and land on the bolts and ride away.

Yeah also don't concentrate on making the board flip. you can even try to 360 shuv it and like the kickflip will appear out of nowhere... well I'm not being much of help right now cause I need help... I used to be able to 360 flip but now I can't... a stupid 540 flip appears :mad: and I can't land it either.
