Anyone recommend any ollie boards or other boards without wheels that can be used indoors to practice (esp turning, balance and ollies)?:-9:

Just get any board that is good, and have good pop. Any board with a nice curved Tail and/or Nose for Nollies.

Oh yeah buy softrucks. They fit to a regular deck and apparently feel like you have regular trucks with wheels attatched.

Don't waste your money on anything like that, just use a regular board. Go in the grass or on carpet if you don't want to move around.

soft trucks are definitely something to look into. i know most of the skaters on here are afraid of new products, but these do work and help out. if you want to practice your tricks and actually get some benefit out of the practice you put in, get the soft trucks. just as the other user said they do feel like a board with trucks and wheels. and its pretty much useless to try and learn tricks on a deck alone. this isn't my opinion its factual information.

Just crank the nut on your wheels down hard if you have cheap bearings. saves money and time too. or, you can do the real thing, and not waste money on products that are solely made to produce big $$ to people that dont realisewhat they're buying is a joke.

if you have money to take advantage of new products geared to helping people then you should do so. if you are still riding element decks there is no helping you.

it might help... but its not going to help any more than a regular deck and trucks and wheels and bearings will. and if you use the soft truck then you wont be used to moving and it will be a lot harder when you start to do tricks while rolling.

When I started I was about to order Soft Trucks because my ollies sucked. I decided to spend the money on a new deck instead, now I'm glad I never wasted it on that shit.
