Okay, I just got a board yesterday and I found this forum and I was reading some stuff in this beginner section. So then I decided to just ride around and get a feel for the board, and then a question came up. When I'm pushing, (goofy), how should my right foot be placed on the board?..or does this even make a difference? I apologize if this question has already been asked a million times..if it has, could you just point me to the right thread.

It all depends. For you, since you're not going to be doing tricks for a while, just have your front foot close to he bolts.

Just put it up on or near the front bolts, don't go too far down. But it's all preference. Good job by not pushing mongo.

Alright thanks. One more thing, should my foot be pointed forward toward the nose of the board, or sideways toward the side of the board, or is this also just a matter of preference?
