handstands

right i can get into them but i carn't get both my feet back on the board and keep rolling.. any help would be a great help.. tnx

I have tried that and baild many times but just try and swing your legs under your-self as u feel u are coming down.

try doing a small handsprind thing right before you swing down.

My friend Tyler learned those two days ago, except he doesn't do them riding, he just goes into a handstand, then springs out of them and lands with feet back on the board. He can almost do a hand flip now too.
