Your good! You need to work on your style a tad though. Awful filming too. Props on tre'n the big grass gap.

I liked it, within a year his style straighten out..

Are you a local company? I think you could sponsor him, nothing big. Then make a video including him and if he steps it up take it more serious with him being sponsored by you maybe?

That will work better.

Nice video! If I owned a company I would sponsor you hehe.
My favorite was the crooks on the bench to manual on box, that was nice. The step up tricks were really clean. I would throw some nollie stuff in your lines but that's just me.

id say dont sponsor him (jk kinda). for 1, he cant spell sponsor. and 2 (the big reason) because he put a tre flip down a set and fell but cut it off right before. (thats a big no no for me because he didnt want it enough to actually land it and it shows that he lies and its just retarded) those are the reasons i wouldnt sponsor him. he seems like he is an alright skater (he has a bag of tricks and can do them down sets, but he makes it look kinda bad) he also should show more switch tricks other than fs 180s. well thats my 2 cents for you. overall just look at other skaters and compare him to them. if he is one of the best skaters in your city then yea do it but if there are a lot better out there then maybe have him in the back of your mind. and if you see a lot of kids watching him at the skatepark or something then do it because if they look up to him, they might want to shop at the same place he does.

well im going to start small on him possible. im thinking about it. but i really need to know what kind of skater he is. what kind does he look like? i calm one or angry or what?

the messed up tre flip is the one thats 1 minute and 44 seconds into the vid. you can see him kinda fall and then the just cut off really quick. i dont really know if anyone can tell if he is angry just by the vid.

no chance he would get sponsored.

Well, I wouldn't be hoping for a sponsor - yet. He was too repetitive, and he was lacking style.
His trick bank has to consist of way more tricks. He's good - yeah. But sometimes good isn't enough. Tell him to work on his tricks, and learn some new shit. Heelflips are nice to see in sponsor videos, cause nobody really does them (:-9:). And I like them >.>'
Just tell him to keep on going man, it's not happening anytime too soon, so keep going, and get better.
Final Verdict: No Sponsor :[

His style makes me throw up, but just a little. I thought he was going to fall after 75% of his tricks. He could land shit, just it was ugly. He needs more switch/nollie in there too. He's in between, start him small maybe. Once he works up his tricks and style, let him on full blown.

punkstripeskate

ill tell him to get tricks more stylish, and also woud this make since.

if you want to be sponsored by a company wouldnt you want to be really into there stuff, and know some stuff about it right?

he have a team rider who is on ramprage though.

Scharkey
08-11-2007, 01:49 AM
Yeah, just start on him easy. If you're sponsoring him and giving him product, don't give him a whole lot, until he gets better and a better camera.. it looked crappy, maybe its youtube..

Def. needs to work on his style, compared to alot of people now-a-days with NO sponsor, he isn't to great. But where do you live? Is it a small town or something?

punkstripeskate
08-11-2007, 01:56 AM
well where im at is houston. he is from oklahoma, well a small town up there. from what one of our riders mentoined.kinda funny he came from the same town.

There is crapload better skaters in Houston, I can assure you that.

Search there, this kids on the back burner. Especially since he is from Oklahoma and you're in TX. There is for sure alots more skaters in Houston though, with better style ;).

He needs to absorb drops more with his legs then with his back, if you know what I mean. Also needs more variety of tricks.
