it depends.. 50 or 52 is good, its really your choice, i'd say hard, but not super hard

STF is street-tech formula. i think they're upper 90's duro (pretty hard) but they feel soft when you ride them...i've never ridden them, but i have had them highly recommended to me by a few friends
