Beginner Game of Skate 7

[af1 1982]

Just to cut down on discussion, crazy_dave granted me permission to start another one.Here are the rules:
1.Tricks must be Flatland
2.A trick must be done in either normal/fakie before it is done switch/nollie.
3. The base trick must be done before any variations. Eg a kickflip and popshuvit before varial flip. However from the 15th set onwards all trick are allowed.
4.There are 5 slots available.
5. To validate the trick say : ramprage, or hold up your pinky finger.
6.To set a trick a player has 24 hours to set.
7.Matches must be within 48 hours.
8.Order of person who sets is decided by which place you get when you sign up.
9. Time will be run by GMT. Please take this into consideration if you are playing form other countries (which no doubt there will be), however i will let things slide if they are slightly late, but not by more than 12 hours.
10. You can use previous footage, from another ramprage GOS but only with valid reasons. If you continually use old fotage it might come with a letter

Remeber S.K.A.T.E is just a friendly competetion and a way of trying things you may not have tried. Half the trick i noe are because of skate.
Also for those of you who havent seen any previous BGOS, please not you cannot be a total beginner, as the tricks do get slightly harder (just a warning).

listen up everyone:

af1 has given me permission to be the judge of this game. with an unbiased opinion (unless i really hate you, jk), i will be judging whether or not a set or match is valid. this just makes it easier to prevent any kind of fighting/harassing/negative post towards af1 if he's being unfair, or to anyone else because they are "voting" to overrule a decision. as you know, i was checking the last game for forgery due to an "incident" but that won't be necessary here. i don't like the extra work. this doesn't give you an opportunity to cheat though, so please don't.

to af1: i'm only judging the tricks, as i have already discussed with you. i will not be checking to make sure everybody gets everything in on time. i don't like the extra work and you are the organizer of the game.

to the contestants: i'm prepared to give some slight wiggle-room on matches but i would like the sets to be as clean as possible. it's unfair that everybody has to match your mobbed, toe-touched, 150 degreed varial. since anything goes after the 15th set, the matches will be more heavily scrutinized. this is a beginner's game though so don't get scared by this paragraph.

jcsethi, that's a good idea to speed things up but I and some other people want to learn things with this game. They can't learn a varial k. before a kickflip.

Yeah that's fine. But I won't have access to a camera until at least the 31st b/c my mom and bro took the camera on their trip to Paris. I will make every attempt to get one from my friends or something. Is it okay if I match all the trick set up until the 31st? If that's not possible, then I'm fine taking the letters.

that's really up to af1 but we're already 2 sets into this game so it's unlikely that you'll get in. make sure that you keep checking the GOS section and join when a new game opens up.

Yeah, I agree with jcsethi, jello you've had plenty of time to match. You basically had almost a week to match. You haven't matched the popshuvit, kickflip or FS 180. I'll let you go on those three tricks but if this kind of stuff continues, I'm going to have to give you letters.

well, i guess jello is out. i don't know if af1 has anybody waiting but i beleive ccolefan was the first i know of who wanted to enter. i would guess that he takes jello's spot but you should wait for confermation from af1.

seeing as to how there have been 4 sets (pop-shuv, kickflip, f/s 180, and varial kick) at 2 days each to match, whoever enters will have 8 days to get the matches in. i believe that makes your deadline September 3rd. because of the extended period, you should get all matches in by that point. any later will result in a letter. once your back to speed you will get some more wiggle-room but we need you to get caught up first.
