i usually tell people to save for a baby death and work on their long-lens. good skill with long-lens is much better in the long run. what's the point of getting a cheap fisheye and later getting a baby death? if your making a sponsor me tape then you can get sponsored just as easily without a fisheye. when you get sponsored you be skating (if it's local) with the rest of the team and chances are that they'll have a better camera. you also get to use that baby death for any later cameras that you buy.
if you absolutely must, get a kenko.

baby death is $600 (can be found much cheaper) dollars but will result in an orgasm everytime you watch a clip with it.
kenko is $40, feeling is reduced to "looks the same as the rest of the video."

they're both fisheyes but it's just a quality difference. the baby death has more distortion and better quality glass than the kenko. i believe it produces much less vignetting too. plus, it's more secure, lasts longer, and stands against impacts better. i think it has a longer warrenty depending where you buy it.
if you don't want to spend that much then by all means get the kenko. however, i personally try to buy the best first shot rather than buy good and upgrade later.

i'm sure it can but i'm not a 100% positive. i beleive the thread size on your panny is 37mm so search around for the thread size of a kenko. if not then you can always get step-up/down rings.
