It was supposed to be a fakie ollie indy.. he didn't really grab the board though, more like touched it and smacked the board down.

Yeah well I thought that since the part of the board that you pop with is the tail and where you drag up to is the nose it would still be considered a mute. And its sort of hard for me to hold a grab for a long time (longer than what i did.) Any tips?

It's ok dude, you're fakie ollies just need to get higher, or you need a ramp or ledge. Then you'll hold it easier. I mean, going two seconds of the ground is barely enough time to grab the board.
Also, I feel like such a noob, but what's a mute? Lolz.

Mute=when you grab the board with your front hand in between your legs.
And my fakie ollies are like 2+ feet normallly. Better than my normal ones.
