i need help kickflipping!!!!!

can anyone give me some tips on kickflipping?
i can get a perfect rotation, i just land with one foot on and one foot off.
please help me!!!!!

which foot lands on and are you goofy or regular? it could just be fear so just keep practising and commit

i skate goofy and its my back foot which lands on the board.....

ur probaly mobbing it (kicking down) try kicking out more

i think im just pussing out...i get it all perfect, i try to jump up so i can land properly but i just can't. so is my set up anygood?

the bearings are good, i wouldnt say element is good but whatever works and ur setup wont effect ur ticks unless its a $20 board or something

people say holding onto a rail helps for one foot kickflips... does it?

when your starting yea holding onto a rail helps you because u dont have to worry about how your jumping and such, and mayb try it on grass or carpet first

ok well i have only just gotten back into skating. its taken me like 2 days to get the hang of everything again...is there any tips on how i can get my left foot on? so where in aus u from?

Don't make a seperate thread for trick help unless it is not covered in the at least 2 stickies covering kickflips. And landing one footed is deff. covered.

Well i know it sucks because i made it and it is 2:10... i just hope it helps you. i will put some vids up tommorow and if you can not see this then i will make a new one tommorow. NO NO its not bad, im slowly getting closser to doing a kickflip. i have been told to learn it while moving which sorta means i gotta start all over again. but ill do wha ever is easier and best for the long run
