is it all like, you pop and do the movement, then the rest is just landing it, or do you pop, then do some sorta swish in mid-air, then land it? I know I aint epressing myself good, but hey; gimme a break :-)

Some people flip it and catch it in the air when it has only completed half of the spin then they finish the rotation after they have already caught it. But, it is possible to complete the rotation before catching it.

I just try to catch mine at 90 and then just push the rest 90 with my back foot

there are two extremes.

the people who flip it more like a kickflip, and the people who flip it more like a hardflip.

i personally like the more kickflip-ish ones, where you pop and flip where the board is more leveled out, catch at around 90, and then keep spinning.

it doesnt matter which way you do it, though, its still a fs flip.

i like to pop high and catch mine a lil over a 90 then turn the rest...

okay.. I think that means its just one fluid motion then.. so if I stuff it up in mid-air, theres no way to fix it, yeah? no extra flick I can do to.. get it good?

Frontside flip (http://video.tinypic.com/player.php?v=4ttlszq)

Shitty quality vid, but when I do them I let the board flip most of the way before I catch it.
