360 inward heel? ive never seen it but ive seen stevie williams do it fakie with a body varial so a fakie bs big heel. im sure it has been done. ive done it on tony hawk pro skater.

if you mean the usual backside shove, then that would be a 360 inward heel, or maybe an "inward laserflip," since a fs 360 heel is a laserflip.

360 inward heels have been done, and regular laserflips have been done a lot.
