Its when your a boy and you go to the doctor and walk out a girl, just kidding, its a kickflip with a bodyvarial in it. So what you would do it do a kickflip and while the board is spinning you turn your body 180 degrees and land on the board switch.

1. YOURE NOT EVEN MOVING! moving is very important to learning tricks properly.

2. pop more and let yourself float above your board

3. youre kicking down. you need to flick out.

4. youre not trusting yourself over your board. you brought your foot back and to the side. trust yourself.. just stay over your board.

First of all always learn tricks while moving, anyway, you're leaning forward after you flick which is why your dropping your leg, keep your weight more centered and that should hopefully fix the problem of dropping your foot. Also maybe flick a little more out off the nose towards the heel side your flick looks a little short to me. Hopefully this will fix you're problem.
