Hello,

I am currently learning how to ollie and I already have it down after about 1 hour or non-stop practice. Though I can only do an ollie when my wheels are on the cracks on the sidewalk. Is it ok that I can only do an ollie there? I can't do one when I am not on the cracks but did anyone else here learn this way?

I didn't learn on a crack. But its easier to learn on a road and you probably cant land a ollie when your not on the cracks because your scared and/or not ready.

Try working your way up, start moving just a bit, and going faster and faster every time you think you're confortable. Practice it a lot and it'll come to you before you know it.

The way I learned moving ollies, I found a long road with a slight hill to it, and started at one end and kept on ollieing over and over until I reached the other end.
