i bought 2 sets of doh-doh bushings (black 100 the hardest ones) i put everything on correctly i think and it was very very stiff, so i ride it and everytime i get on it starts moving right and left? when i leaned right it goes left visa versa, wtF?

if your board went left when you leaned right, and vice versa, then something is seriously messed up.. the ONLY thing that would make that happen would be if your trucks are backwards. so you probably explained it wrong, because if you explained it right, your trucks ARE backwards..

gotta have a fine-thread, low profile (jamb i think it's called) nut...and i think a 2" fine-thread bolt. i'd say just bring in the nut and kingpin to your local hardware store (not home depot or lowe's) and find a grade-8 (gold-colored) kingpin and a fine-thread nut

I saw this wierd thing once on an oldskol. I leaned left and it turned right. everything was good, except the front part (where the Hanger is sticking into the BasePlate), yeah, the rubber thing there was killed. check that out.
