the trucks are loose? or does it even make a difference in flip tricks @ all?

strength in the flick usually determines it and foot placement:-3:

it flips better when trucks are tight.

it depends...... my friend has his trucks wicked loose, and he can spin triple kickflips on it. when i ride on loose trucks, i can barely spin one. on the other hand, when i ride on my own board with tight trucks, i can spin k-flips just fine. to sum that all up, it's personal preference and like enjoi said, it's all about foot placement.

The speed of your flick isn't aftected by whatever setup you have, it's affected by your overall skill. Don't worry about it, just skate however you like it. Me I personally like my trucks loose.

If you're riding low trucks then it's easier to flip because it's a lot more intact so you will not need as much motion for it to flip.
If the trucks are loose. No. Unless you're doing low ass kickflips. If the trucks are tight then it gives me a more level place to flick. So I get more friction. And if it's at the right angle then it will flip faster/better.

I ride trucks REALLY loose. It's one bolt turn away from falling apart.
I just about land my doubleflips everytime.
I think it's all in foot placement, and barely any help at all from the truck height.
