Ok, first off, is there like a trick to fakie full cab flips? i can get them every once in a while, and when ever i see other people do them its like nothing. i probably just need to practice but is there any tricks any one has that helps them do it easier?
Second, krooked grinds. just every thing i need to know for that. i just cant seem to get them. on rails or ledges.

yea, the full cab is just a fakie 360 with a pivot somewhere in there. i believe they are also called caballeros. but i suck at them, so ill help you with krooked grinds.
okay, roll up at the ledge at a slight angle. i like to have my feet on the bolts, but just play around with foot positioning until you find something you like. as you ollie, move your foot up to the nose, so you can put pressure on it as your grinding. since you came at an angle, your trucks are gonna land at an angle on the coping. land with your trucks and a little bit or your nose locked in. as your grinding, just try to stay balanced. landing it is probably the hardest part. just simply commit and make sure you keep both feet on the board, and even out your weight as you land. this trick is really similar to a nose grind, so if you know how to do those, you'll get these in no time. hope that helped.

any explanation on the locking in part? i always get on and pretty much do a nose grind that is barely off to the side.

just go in at an angle. the locking in part just takes practice. just make sure that you focus on really tweaking it.

Just push til your nose is making contact at about a 45 degree angle onto the edge and start stiffening up your leg so it stays there. That or you can picture it as if all your weight is on your nose and your back foot is barely making contact just really keeping you on the angle to make it a crooked grind.
I mostly just use my back foot as a guide. To keep it crooked. Other than that it doesn't need much locking.
Backside flips can help Cabalerial flips, at least if you're practicing one part of them.
Try and do a the kickflip part of a bs flip rotate maybe 10-20 degrees and just use your feet when you catch it and turn it as much as you can. That really helps for the ending of full cab flips I think. That and just regular cabelarials down and you pretty much got it.

I tried cab flips for a while. Failed miserably. Just something that takes practice. I got reg 360 kickflips if I try hard enough. It's all in the shoulders. Scoop/turn, pop, flick.
Crooks really just take practice.
