What is "flow" sponsorship

Sorry i'm a noob. what does it mean to be on flow, or sponsored on flow.

I think it's getting free stuff on a sort of regular basis. Like, you can't get decks, trucks, ect. whenever, but you can get how ever many a month/year that they'll give you.
