if i had to picc one top quality it would be the decc i dont grind yet and wheels dont really make a difference to me also bearings dont really mean much to me either unless the abec ratin is low

deck. But the skateboard wont move if their wasn't any bearings.

probably trucks because any one can skate any deck pretty easily its just that it might break quick or might not be a good shape or bad concave, but you can still skate it. if you have trucks that are high's and you skate lo's then its a lot harder to get used to.

TRUCKS! I've skated on the same board with two diff trucks on there and you can really tell a difference!
my trucks of choice are krux. I skated phantom 2's for a week and one broke and ive only been skatin for bout 3 weeks now!

Another vote for trucks, as the trucks will probably be the longest lasting thing on a skateboard, and I wouldn't want junky ones that fall apart and/or don't turn for squat.

Trucks for sure. If I'm not happy with my trucks, I'm not happy with my ride.

The only major difference with trucks is Highs and Lows...other than that I can't see a difference. And I'm comparing major brand trucks too. Wheels doesn't matter to me. Bearings as long as they are Abec 7 or 9. Bushings soft. Board 7.75 with medium concave. (Y)

So the most important thing I would have to say would be.... deck. I can't skate certain types of deck really so deck it is :).

The trucks. I have to have nice smooth trucks or I'll quit skateboarding.

Hardware.

Ya right. That's a hard question for me 'cause it's the combination of all the componants working together that adds up to a perfect ride. I've ridden all shapes and sizes of boards so that's no big deal. Same with trucks, Indy, Krux, Grindking, Trackers have all worked good for me. I really am into speed and smoothness so for me it's a toss up betweem wheels and bearings. You know that crappy feeling when your bearings are loud and slow, hate that.

im in a toss up between the deck and trucks i was thinking you can have everything blank and generic except trucks trucks you want a top quality brand name so id have to go with trucks probably if my trucks sucked then my entire ride would suck

griptape because i wouldn't skate a board without it
