kickflips: just commit. thats pretty much it.
pop shove it: when you pop it, push it in front of you kinda so it will stay with you.
180: spin harder.

For the heelflip:
1.) put your back foot in the pocket of the tail
2.) put your front foot just with your toes over the edge in the middle lose to the nose
3.) ollie then slide your front foot up and flick with the side of your foot.
4.) pull your foot back and ride away clean..
*******Ill put a video when i get home of what i mean********

Try leaning back on the pop shuvits, putting more weight on your back foot.

Kickflips, just don't give up. Don't be a quitter. If you think skateboarding is for you and a really want to have fun with it, kickflips is a big hump to get over. After that, eveything comes easy cause you know how to land.
You really need to lift your legs up and get your legs out of the way of the board spinning. Kickflips and things like that you catch with your backfoot, and pop shuv its you catch with your front foot. So kind of go by that. But, kickflips aren't really hard, once you figure out how to do it it's pretty easy. But it will take time seeing as you need to build up the proper muscles and what-not to be able to do it. Flick straight out, not down. Remember to lift them legs up.. otherwise you'll be complaining about "I can only get my front foot on, or my backfoot, not both"... you need to lift em both up, commit, and land it
It took me a year to do it, and 2 weeks to do it switch, it was so much shorter switch because I knew what it was like and what to do.

When you shove-it, you need to keep your front foot over the board. Its kinda hard to explain.

Just focus on landing it with your front foot. I look right at my front foot and make sure that it's going to land on the deck.

When you shuvit dont turn your body. I stopped doing this and I got so much better. Just bend your knees a bit and really use that back foot.

Let more of your back foot hang off so you can get a better scoop. I had that exact same problem too, and that's how I fixed it. Hopes it works for you.

If you're landing in front of the board, try to land behind it for a little while. After you have that down easy, even them out by landing them on the deck. Thats how I learned kickflips, heelflips, 3 flips, ect.
Also, have you learned regular shuvits?

i have the same problem most of the time with pop shoved its . i can land it one out of 20 maybe. i try to kick it a bit forward with my back foot while scooping so i land on the bolts instead of one off the front an one foot in the middle. lol . kinda weird, but works for me sometimes. 180's are just practice, before i couldnt do it all now i 180 curbs an down 2 stairs.

I do it this way. I have my the tip of my toes in the middle of the tail with no foot hanging off to the side. I pop down, then I sweep it backward and towards the nose. Once you get them down, add a tailgrab and a one foot landing for steez.
