k-flip nose manny

anyone got tips for this? i can k-flip manual fine but whenever i try to nose manny, it doesnt work. i either can lean forward enough or whenever i get into it, i go out of control and either put the nose too far forward or i end up wobbling around (like my tail goes left and right) so any tips for this would help a bunch
