Intern Nominations #3!!

Many of you know that I have been managing the Forum for Steve AKA "Ramprage" for over a year...maybe two. The community as a whole isn't doing bad, but is far from where I want it to be. So...I will be restructuring the leadership a tad. This alone will not do the trick, but it's a start.

The Plan:
I will be removing a couple of Moderators/Interns from the current roster. Who they will be is not yet decided. I will have to confer with a couple of the SMods first.

Then I will Promote 1 or 2 of the current Interns to Moderator, where they will remain for atleast 1 year.

Nomination of the new Interns (Starting right now!)

Top 10 nominated users will get consideration. Each of the top 10 must submit a statement of intent.(To Me via PM) In that statement they should speak their mind on the current state of RR and what action they would take to better the forum. (Bullshit counts for nothing.)

Each user is limited to nominate no more than 3 members.


So everyone get to posting who you want to be the future leadership of RR. Doesn't hurt to say why either....your reasons may be what wins it for them.

Nomination results will be released first or second week of Oct.

Dookie, because he's a helpful and experienced member who's been with Ramprage for almost two years now, and is still really active. I think he deserves to be an intern.

I'll nominate two other people later, because Dookie's the only active member I see a lot that I think derserves to be an intert.

Last time I think Dookie was supposed to be an intern, but for some reason he isn't now, so if there's a reason that Dookie can't be an intern let me know.

well, i think DCskater would make an excellent intern. he'll help you whenever he can, and he never gives crappy information. he explains things so thorougly, that it is hard to not fix your problem when you listen to him. not to mention a bgos winner.

i also think sizlsteve is helpful. i know when i made a thread about trucks, he gave me some of the best info in the thread. he's also another guy who will help you whenver he gets the chance. and he posts kickass vids.

and my last nomination is TrAnCe. i know 50-50's are his thing, but most of the trick threads i see, there is a post by him in it, and it is always useful advice.

Saikouslx (if hes old enough?) because he is nice and helpfull when he knows about the question. and i see him posting a lot.

danmorris778 (or 877 not totally sure) he always seems nice in what he posts and he is online quite a bit. and just seems like he would make a good intern.
