OK, on a long board. Its when you put one foot under the board and jump and it spins the board like a kickflip.
What's that called and how do you do that?

that my friend is an old-school kickflip...done that way before the ollie was commonplace
and it is done JUST like you described it
edit:
in-depth explanation
as your riding, get your stance a little narrower than usual...take the toe of your front foot and put it under the deck. then, just jump forward a little...the upward motion of you (and thus, your foot) will flip the board over and the slight forward motion will land you on the board as it rolls away. i'm sure there's trick-help videos on youtube if you poke around there

hmm...after you jump, kinda draw your knees up to your chest. that'll add some extra upward "umph" and complete the rotation

That^^ and make sure that a good amount of your foot is making contact with the board while you do the motion to flip it. So get a lot of your foot under it to give it the full flip.
