I seem to be landing these tricks fine, but every time the wheels hit the ground I never roll away. I am skating on a shitty walmart board I found in my garage until I get a better one (need cash). Is there something wrong with my form is my board to blame? I'm landing them straight goingnat a good speed and I'm not slamming the wheels down.

uhh, if your Skateboard just stops, it could be shitty bearings. my sisters Skateboard comes from the Aust. equivelent of walmart, and everytime you pop an Ollie, the landing stops the bearings from rolling. I dont think its your form, because you're not slamming down the wheels, so I'm guessing its that from experience.

Maybe look around, see if anyone you know wants to sell one. Or become Rodney Mullen and learn all your tricks standing still for the time being :-)

Walmart boards have the crappiest bearings ever. The bearings are shit and the wheels are made from like the crappiest quality plastic.
That's the reason why you aren't moving.
Basically everything that is on a walmart board functions horribly if it even does function.
Even a few ollies on one of them will snap the trucks in half. True story.

I lived it too.
I dont even think walmart boards have ANY bearings anymore.
I think they just put the wheel right on the axle.

They have bearings, but really they're just some metal rings... You lose all the speed you just pushed in about 4 seconds. So yeah. Awesome.
