Things you don't like to skate?

I absolutely hate skating circle rails. Only thing I will ever do on them are boardslides and tailslides. I can't count the number of times I've messed myself up skating circle rails. I've done a few other tricks on them, but nothing I do everytime I see a nice rail. If it's square or something better than circle, I'll attempt just about every trick I can pull on a ledge or bench.


What does everyone hate skating here?

i would have to agree with you on the circle rails all i can do is boardslide them.

It's not like I can't do anything on them either, it's I just don't like them whatsoever. They "scare me" if you want to call it that.

uhmm.. quarter pipes.. cant skate them to save my life. the only tricks i learn are on them if you know what i mean, like without doing any lip tricks.

i hate circlur rails when you try and 50-50 and you lose balance and yout turcks slide to the side of the rail and you bail and hit your shins on the rail :mad:

This isn't an obstacle but I hate to skate dirty places sometimes you are skating and like you land a trick and right there is a branch, rock or something and you fall down.

I think round rails are only bad if you roll off it and land on your pelvis.. otherwise they are pretty cool. Square rails are just as bad to me lol

I hate it when I go to sum indoor parks and the floor surface is very slippery. It's great for sliding primo.....but damn!!!

yeh i hate circle rails or really rough, dirty ground. oh and when theres a crack right in front of a stairset, that kills me.

I like halfpipes, its ez to learn how to drop in... just gott practice. Well id say i like most the things... Id say my least favorite thing is the rough terrain, just like a couple other ppl said already.

Manual Pads are hella fun. That's the first thing I skate everyday. :)

i cant do 18 handrails! thats so NUTS!

i cant manual to save my life. the only tech i use is rails like that heelflip 50-50 180 out. trick into grinds/slides. i cant kickflip manual, or 180 manual, or anything. just ollie manual and i cant balance that worth shit!

I like to skate everything except skating on rough pavement, makes my feet go numb. Yes circle rails are a pain in the ass, only thing I have attempted on one was a boardslide.

Rough ground, circled poles, and, other than the lady boarders out there, you have to admit hating when you ollie or something and your feet slip and the board hits you square in the nuts (ive wasted valuable skate time with an ice pack)

Yeah I like about a little lower than knee high ledges to skate that are waxed to perfection. I like to skate stone benches too.

Rough ground.... which is like 90% of England. I can't get off my street without going over it. I also hate it when a ledge is perfect but JUST too high for you to be able to get onto. Thats hella annoying.
