180 flip help

hey i was wondering if u guys can help me 180 flip. I can spin it close to me except i only spin it half way, so like bottom of my deck is what i land on all the time. Do u know any ways to make it spin faster. How do u guys do ur 180 flips, thanks alot. later.

do you mean a varial flip or a f/s 180 kickflip? i don't know f/s flips but i know varial flips. you need to have a good and cotrolled and sorta high pop-shuvit. you don't necessarily need to know how to kickflip, but it can help. for you, since it's not spinning fast enough, you just have to flick it harder. but because of that, the board will likely fly away from you, so yo have to jump in the direction it's going in order to land on it. i found out that if i pop the shuvit part high and hard, i don't have to jump forward so much, but if i don't pop it and just push the board and it stays close to the ground i have to jump forward more. just try different things and different foot positions and find out what works best for you.

im not sure what a 180 flip is. as far as im concerned, theres no such thing. if ure talking bout a degraded 360-flip then its called a varial flip...

*varial flip - pop shuvit with flip
*varial heelflip - f/s shuvit with heelflip
*360 kickflip (more commonly known as 360 flip, tre flip, 3 flip, etc.) - 360 pop shuvit with flip
*360 heelflip - 360 f/s shuvit with heelflip
*f/s flip - f/s 180 kickflip
*b/s flip - b/s 180 kickflip
*360 kickflip (different from 360 flip) - a b/s or f/s 360 with kickflip.
*360 heelflip (different from 360 heelflip {?}) - a b/s or f/s 360 with heelflip
