herman style hardflips or regular?

I've always wanted to know the difference between the two, like herman style, or other/normal.
I don't see a difference I don't think, but then again, I've never paid much attention, or ever tried to compare them.

You do it the good way IMO and not the pussy way. You flip it through your legs and I think that looks better than jumping behind you. Also, I think Bryan Hermans feet and legs are above the board while its flipping so it looks better. But hey, they are both hardflips and I think hardflips are the best looking tricks.

First of all the horizontal way was the original way hardflips were done, the verticle way is I believe is the illusion way. Yours look sort of like that, but really whats the diffrence in which way you do them.

i like the horizontal ones better because they look pretty raw when done right. the vertical ones look too much like retarded b/s pop-shuvs to me.

ugh, my hardflips are so inconsistent and ghey. i do them the horizontal way and a lot of people complain to me saying it's not a hardflip cause it's not vertical. i like um horizontal though because i don't feel like i'm cheating. i CAN do them vertical with about the same consistency as the horizontal, but meh. :\

my friend has a sick hardflip with a bs body varial. it looks pretty damn steezy.
