i think i am dumb i dont know how to compress on adobe premiere i am so damn pissed help me please

First of all, what kind of compression are you looking for, .wmv or a quicktime movie? Do you want it to be internet quality or export to video quality?

The general way to do all of these things is to follow these steps:

1. Render your work area.
2. File > Export Timeline > (Choose some of the various options)

"Movie" This will give you a window where you can choose and customize a lot of options like compressors and datarates.

"Save for Web" This will bring up a box that will help you save it as a .wmv

"Advanced Windows Media" This brings up some selections and you choose that platform you would like the video to play on.

click on file, scroll down to export timeline, then at the bottom of the new selections that appear is "advanced windows media" , click it and wait a sec for it to appear, reed the help files man
