i get both becasue ccs gets themainstream companies and active picks up the...err... less known companies.

^That's the approach I like to take. If my friends at the local shops can't get me what I want, then I get it online, via mail order, etc., and in my experience, it's been only 2 things I had to mail order/buy online (videos).

In my experience, when you factor in shipping from non-local sources, the cost is close to the same to local shop prices, or maybe just a hair less. In some cases, it costs more if sales tax is applicable from a non-local source. Obviously, if there isn't a local source, I'm glad there are reputable online/mail order skateboard sources with a good selection at good prices.

active's my good mate, coz they ship to Aus for cheap (unlike CCS) and the total cost is about 1/3 the normal price of anything in Australian shops. I'd support the shops if they sold for a half reasonable price..

ccs becuase they ship to Alaska and Active when im in the 48 states.
