ok these are annoying to learn but look cool...
1) set up with only your toes of your front foot on the nose of the board, and your back foot on the tail
2) slide/step your front foot off the nose nad plant it on hte ground, causeing the board to pop up
2.5) jump up off of your planted foot (do this as soon as you plant it outerwise you loose a lot of air)
2.75) while doing this try to slide you back foot up towards the middle of the board possibly forward a little bit, or you can let it pop up and bounce off you knee, any way get the back truck off the ground!
3)by now you shoudl be in the air, board and all, now its just a matter of keeping the board under you and getting your front foot back on

hope that helped some some tips i have are to do everything as hard and as fast as you can while still keeping control. because if you dont go all out it is MUCH harder to get your back truck off the ground
