b/s flips

i have been trying back side flips latley, but the board always seems to rotate faster thatn my spin. i can get them sometimes but if you have any tips they would be greatly appreciated

Hmm try not to flip it the full 180, try to catch it before it does the full variel flip and turn the rest of the rotation after youhave your feet on the board....if that makes sense, hope it helps

also maybee try winding up with your arms just a little bit to help you turn your body faster

you could try big spin flips too. (360 flip with bs body varial, basically same thing your doing with the board spinning extra 180)
