what should i export my videos as (windows media, quicktime, avi, ect..).
because my quality on videos are not great.

For me I don't know why, but I end up importing my videos and their usually .asf
cause .avi for me sometimes doesn't work cause sound or video will be missing when I try and edit it and the first thing I found that worked was .asf
