Make sure one foot is on the wheel and the other is next to the wheel on the tail. Point the foot thats on the tail slightly down so when you kick it your pushing on the bottom of the tail and not just on the side of the tail.

:D :D :D
i just learned last 3 things today. k, this is the shizzy i can do now with double rail flip varial (your basic rail flip). in order of hardness

land regular
body varial opposite the board
body varial with the board
land cross footed
land one-footed

if you just learned rail flips you should try some of that, also triple rail flips, 360 rail flips, and switch rail flips. it's all good wit freestyle.

lol I know how to rusty grind, its the whole doing it thing that gets me., i think the correct way to word it is... "I wish i practiced for 50 hours on rusty grinds so I could land on the side of my board fall off because I didnt slide enough and face plant"

Rusty Grinds a 1 1/4 kickflip into primo so you land on the side of your board and slide.

Or I guess probably any way you got into primo and slid would be considered a rusty grind. I wouldn't say anything bad anyway.

lol you do them all the time? No offense but i would like to see this.

You do know in order to really be a grind you must slide... Not just get into primo standing still. Meaning you have to have some speed to get those wheels to slide across the ground.

its in cedar falls (dont know if youve heard of there either). its an indoor park there, its pretty good, got quite a lot of ramps/boxes. got an 8-foot spine, a pool with a high wall. its pretty good, especially for skating in winter, its also got a shop too, i like goin there. sometimes they hold competitions and you can win shizzy.

its only a girnd if its on a rail, dumbass. if youre sliding its a rusty slide and if ur stationary ur doing a primo
