put it in and go to media player. There should be something that says rip. From there it might add it to itunes automatically.

Do a scan.

see, its hard to explain. scanning software is like built in to my computer and it scans and deletes viruses automatically w/o me knowing so i cant really do that.

So you can't right-click the file and manually do it?

lol thats pretty sucky antivirus if you cant even run a scan yourself
it should be safe.. but like you said your a/v deletes viruses automatically so if its not then there you go

if you download it from a trusty site, like CNET or download.com, it will be perfectly safe. it's also safe off of dvd decryptor's site. from anywhere else you'll have to scan or delete the installer and go someplace else.

Yea i Always use download.com. that is a great sight and i always seem to get great software. any way you could also use an old comp if you have one to test it. that is what i do. but use a trusted sight or find out if anyone else got it and see if they have been getting those problems.

I download lots of stuff, and don't have virus protection. My computer works fine. You just need to know what you are downloading and what to look for.
