Ok guys , this is my first attempt at making a skate section in premiere ok? So tell me what u honestly think, if u think its shit then gud tell me cos then i can learn from my mistakes - its the only way to get better.

Constructive Critism: Nice editing, wasn't anything fancy, but it worked.

Cons: Camera is too shaky, Don't push mongo, don't show the same trick more than once later on.

When ever im filmin, the camera is usualy prety still (i practise - how sad am i lol), i dont push mongo, thats mat , and i show the same trick agen by accident, i changed it though in the end, just not on that copy sowee

A first effort you say? That is amazing. You have obviously paid attention to other videos and learned from them.

Your edits are nicely done. I especially liked the way you handled that part of the song where the beat sped up. Excellnt use of short clips - well timed to the music - created an attention getting efffect.

I like the good mix of clips, day and night, different settings. I am not as hung up on you using the same trick more than once, but on the second time you can try some special effects - whatever Premiere allows. I use Final Cut pro and have a wide range of filters and effects that can make the clip look very different.

Keep up the excellent work - you are off to a great start!

I see form another post that you have a Mac. congratulations! A far better computer for video than windoze!!

I have had trouble opening videos from this site. I solved it by

1) adding more memory allocation to wmp (select the original application, press command I, select "show memory" and enter a bigger number in the preferred size box - I use 50000K)

2) save the video file to your hard drive

3) Start wmp then open the video file you just downloaded

Yup. you have downloaded it then install it then try what I suggest. if there are problems, take notes about what you did and exactly what happened then pass that along. It's a Mac, we can make it work!

good, except one thing: try taking the BTD logo out, and only having it in the beginning intro, that black part. oh, and the on two stair is in there too much.

yea i no theres too much 2 stair , we was there for lyke 2 hrs on the colege last sunday lol, i WILL replace most of them though, i wanted to make a basic one so ppl can tell me what to improve.
As for the logo, itmight look abit stupid but no im keepin it, cos if its nto watermarked then people can nick my self and call it theres and i dont want that

the sound didn't work for mine, although i'm guessing it flowed good. The skating was pretty good. But you need to improve the landings on a lot of that stuff.

Try right clicking on the link to download the vid to your HD, then in windows Media Player go File-Open to open the new video

and about my stuff, well to be honest my stuff is crap and i dont have much good clips so what was really gud, either dint fit in with the timing of each lil clip, or id rather save it for a different skatesection
