Outlook Express

I am making a new email account using outlook express. I am not having any problem except at one part of the setup it asks me for my incoming mail server and my outgoing mail server. I do not know what to put in these two blanks. Anybody know what i need to put in them??

Your ip's POP3 and SMTP addresses. Look at any other email account going through that ip.

You're gonna have to ask the provider - EG: If it's you@yourisp.com then call up your ISP and ask them

Dude scrap Outlook. Do you want me to send you a gmail invitation? Basically same as any other free internet email except you get pretty much unlimited online storage. This way, you don't have to delete anything, just archive them in case you ever need to look up an old email again.
