OK whatever, just don't skate when it is wet and rainy outside, and when you skate out when its hot, make sure you have some water or something with you.

Any whether that isn't wet, rainy or snowing. The rain will damage your board giving it a spongy feel. Then the wood will start to chip off. Your bearings will rust too.

Sunny weather with a breeze is fantastic weather.

skate during a thunderstorm/tornado/hurricane/ when your getting started then just go to hot sunny days

I don't understand how hard it is for new skaters to have a clue what to do....not to bag you out man, but it's a bit obvious. You don't skate when it's raining, or when theres a storm on...if you don't like skating in the heat then don't....
