I have somewhat of a knee injury. No broken bones, no torn ACL, nothing. But whenever I skate for like an hour straight I can barely walk, its like I have bruised knees but permanently. Then the next day I can wake up after icing them and just touch that bone thats on the front of your knee and it hurts like a bruise. The confusing part is that I've had this for at least 2 and a half months now when I was still playing soccer and they always felt like that.

but ya, i dont know what to you,
do you like, land on it? and hit it while you skate/play soccer?

it might be because you are using them alot more then normal, so they are going to be sore, very sore.

i'd have a dctor checkit out for ya...might just be a deep bruise, or it might bw damage to your kneecaps...which isn't good

yea cause my friend has this thing with his knees its like some german thing that like his muscle lapses over his bones and i have never heard of that so maybe there is something that i havent heard of. And it just hurts by like any impact and it started just like 3 months ago.
