Don't pop the ollie as hard as you can. Just pop it as hard as you think it takes to clear it. Stay on the board no matter what and when you land absorb the impact. You only need to ollie as high as you can when you are doing BIG sets of stairs. Once you start getting into the 12-17 sets of stairs then you can't ditch your board otherwise youre ****ing screwed and you're done skating for a little while.

uhm make sure you arn't slaming your feet down, hang there till you reach them end then go down with your feet... if that makes any sence maybe someone else can explain it better

bend your knees to asorb the landing and maybe do a little grab to help control the board, but thats only for some people if they want. i dont do that, i flip trick down stairs :D!

stay over your board and dont rush it all , be smooth and calm. Ollie a little and then just apply weight to ya board as you land

you can roll off the end of a 3 set as long as it's not too long of a gap. just get a good bit of speed and roll off like you would a curb and maybe crouch just a little before you go off the end and extend your legs while you're in the air to help control it.

after that, ollie it!

its quite scary doin that actually, cos if you find a nice big set and just ride off it fast, for a moment you and your board wil actually part and then u land back on it its fun

ollieng off of higher ledges will help you get better control of the board in mid air and you will learn to keep it under you. After that keeping it under you should be no problem

for ppl wit stair trouble i have i tip( i finnaly can land itz), if u have trouble wit the board fallin from ur feet: instead of commin at the starts straight on com at it from a SMALL angle and turn ur ollie so its straight, u dont have to come from a big angle at all, just a small 1 and thats it!

eh no offense but thats bad advice. if you do that you'll get used to turning your ollies and then it'll look like crap and you wont be able to do gaps where you have to approach it straight on.

A good way to practice is set a deck up at the end of ur driveway. and practice ollieing it. That way u ollie the deck and a curb. Sounds weird but it works pretty good. Also usually theres a mini gap connected to the curb so clearing that will help u aswell
