I'm kinda losing interest in skating. First I had a fractured leg so i didn't skate for ages and after that I had exams and i didn't skate for some time too. So now whenever I skateboard I'm not having fun skating. What's the problem........

you're still shit at the moment. as you get better, you realise the use of skateboarding, and how much better your life is with it. hang in there man; you are so close.

Well obviously you've had time off from skateboarding and havent really got back into it.

Try just having a massive session with all your mates with you just focusing on getting back into and getting back upto speed after losing all this skating time.

You might be disheartened becuase you aren't as good as you were before but that will come back really quick if you just stick in!

Once you get back into your rythm you'll be in lov with skateboarding again. I didn't get to skateboard for about 6 months and I felt misserable and disconnected.

What I did to get back into my skating was every day I would skate for about 15-25 minutes doing basic things. I started with ollies, nollies, switch ollies, fakies, 180s, manuals, nollie 180s, etc. After that I started trying my flip tricks and so on.

Less than 2 weeks later i went to the skatepark and had a pretty good session. Remember that your muscles forgot how to do certain movements and now you have to tell them that it's time to learn them again. Also your muscles aren't as strong so they will need to regain some strength.

hang in there, you'll love it again in a shortly manner.
