I have this horrible set of two and a half year old Independent trucks, and I was thinking of getting new Thunder 147's on my new setup (Almost resin seven 7.9, Autobahn wheels, Lucky Swiss) since my current board is dead.. this is a ghey question, but does anyone think that since the Thunders are meant to be lighter that I'll be able to flip better?

I think that because my respect for you just went way down after this question, your board will be lighter and you'll have about a 10 fold increase in fliptrick goodness.

do thunders grind as good as indys? that one?
err well its all about preference really. personally, id pick thunders over indys. actually thunders over most trucks. krux and royals are the top dogs.

I've skated a set of Thunders and a set of Indys. I have my Indys on now and have been skating them for almost three years this August. I'm going buy another set if these ones break they're amazing. Only had to change the bushings once and the kingpin once. Other than that they're fine. I don't know though, preference I spose. But I think they're better than Thunders.
