It is when the board is sideways. (On the side of two wheels and the other wheels are facing the sky). If you stand on the wheels facing the sky and balence you are in a primo stall. So essentially when you say you can ollie a deck primo, you are olling th ewidth of the board.

Primos arent really that hard, it just take a lil practice.

It doesn't take any practice, really..but learn to do tricks out of Primo, that looks awesome. Shove it's out are easiest.

yer primos r easy i learnt it in like 10 mins..

1)place your feet over the trucks
2)move your front foot forward off the board more and do the opposite wiv your back foot
3)push down your back foot and curl your front foot over the top of the board
4)jump a little to get your back foot off the floor
5)when you curl your front foot your back should have left the ground
6)your front foot will be on the wheel...land your back foot on the ova wheel
7)absorb the shock a little
8)try doin some flip tricks and sh*t like that out of it

Thats my cup of tea right there...anything haveing to do with tech/flatground...Everybody is right,This trick takes alittle practice but mostly takes balls because there are so many ways to get hit and credtcard yourself its just not funny...

Anyway, primos are named after primo desiderio, and they are when you slide on the side of the board. It doesn't matter which way the board is facing or anything, it's just sliding in railstand position.
