no, it does not have anywhere to screw it on.
if you have a little money i would advise a panasonic pv-gs80 with a sgw-043 kenkos fisheye.

yea, no point and shoot cameras have that ability, u can look for a slr camera if you have the money, and a good camera that u can put a fishyee on is the fujifilm s700, dookie had it on here and the fisheye fit perfectly with a stepup ring
