dirt jumps

on saturday my friend's cousin who lives around me said that we could build some jumps along the fence in his backyard. so i got 2 shovels and headed over there and me and my friend started on the jump. once we got a pile of dirt my bro came by and i put him on starting the berm. so the three of us were working on the jumps and my friend insisted on taking out the grass and making a trail to the jump from the berm, so after about 2 hours of digging the grass up we had enough dirt for a landing. so we set up the berm jump and landing. it was pretty fun but i was tired from all that digging. so today we went back and he wanted a rythim section so we dug some more and set up another jump and landing and were out riding all day. but i guess what i would like to say is that it is good to be out riding again.

yuh i used to make little trail it was fun

down by me some older guys build a whole trail with about 4 or 5 jumps complete with a berm, upper and lower trail, and a kick ass gapped jump

He he, my house is by some old sugar cane fields (by old I mean it's just k's of long grass now).
A couple of years ago some mates from the niehbourhood & I built a dirt trail. It was so cool, nobody could see it cause it was so far back in the tall grass (mind you it's on a bit of a hill).
We kept on making mods on it to make it better, it was llike our little hide out teehee. Twas bout 2 years before they got knocked down by the council.

Wow, people still manage to post in threads two years old.


I have loads of dirt jumps near me, they're all right but get trashed to easy and in the winter fall apart so we have to rebuild them again in the summer.
