When You Guys Capture film from your camera , what codec do u use to save it as , that u later on import into premiere?
I did save myne as divx , but now for some reason wen eva i save it as divx the picture completely ****s up , black n white , lynes on it etc.
Can anyone help me out by either tellin me how to fix this or suggest a different codec to use?

I don't save it with a codec. I save it as raw DV and its all perfect to me. Try reinstalling the divx codec.

What u using digital/analog?. I ,for my analog, capture it in vitual dub compressed using divx on 100% then import it into Premiere or ulead media studio and sav it as a mpg.

analog, i usualy do save it as a divx and now wen i save it as divx the whole picture completely ****s up. Iv tried uninstallin it and reinstallin it , same thing happens. it doesnt with windows media one too

probably the quality bar has been depleted check it out in compression options for divx.

no it hadnt but its ok i fixed the ****er ,i just red up on divx 5.4
