New Game Law (its so stupid)

has anyone else heard about the new law they p***ed why no one under the age of i think 18 or it mite be 21 can buy any game that has to do with killing a cop? so lyke GTA3 and Vice City i cant but cuz you can kill cops in the game. i think its really stupid cuz shit theres a lot of other worse games out there that i can still buy.

has anyone in here ever played Postal2?....I beleive that game's gonna be banned too. It's the most violent game ever invented, but the thing is, it's only as violent as you are....you are free to do whatever you want in a city (like gta), but it's in 1st person and everyone reacts differently to the actions you make...and every weapons are REALLY cruel....a shovel will pop some1's head off, a gas tank and a match will light the guy/animal/house on fire, shotgun+cat can do some curious things, it's a really crazy game!

i was reading about that law the other day and i think its only in washington and it hasn't been p***ed yet even though it probably will. i played the postal 2 demo yesterday too and its the most twisted game i've ever played. i shocked a guy with a tazer until he twitched on the floor then i threw gas on him and he burned into a red and black carc*** on the floor. i also used a cat as a silencer for a machine gun. its pretty sick but still entertaining.

I mean, if you're under 16 (for this example), you gotta have a parent, or most likely someone that's an adult (over 18...), drive you to the store, so it's no big deal to be like "hey, pay for this for me". I know when I was like 13 and wanted 007 and stuff for my Nintendo 64, I tried to buy it, and they're like "sorry, you have to be 16...", so my mom takes my money, and goes "here, I'm over 16."....big deal, ya know. Hell, order it off Ebay if you're even that much worried....

I think most places don't even care if you're 18 or whatever. Trust me. I work at a Gamestop and we don't ask kids to bring thier parents in or whatever. The places that do that are like Toy's R' Us, Kay Bee, Best Buy, and Circuit City.

By the way, Congress took that law down. They saud that the ESRB was enough.

that is a gay law, i have been offered to purchase a spear staff(the model used in matrix reloaded) buy a man at a flea market...he offered it to me for 35 dollars..funny thing is, that is far worse than that game law, i could kill somone with that thing, (even though i have no intention to) and it was already sharpened, i also bought like 3 knifes and a bb gun and i was 13 at the moment.. :)

Actually i heard they were trying to pass a law to stop GTA's and games of that type from being sold. The cops being killed made them to try to ban GTA....i read that somewhere.
