hey, i've been snowboarding for a year now and since my board (rossignol imperial 99) is pretty much screwed due to lack of waxing and a need for base repair i'm thinking of buying something new and a bit more expensive, also because a friend of mine is learning snowboarding with me but the boards they rent out here have either the bindings on the wrong way round or the boots too small
i can't repair the board here cause there's no shops offering either the service or the products to do it myself
i was thinking of something around 200-250 euro (freeride/freestyle), just the board, no bindings or anything cause i'm happy with the ones i've got
so any advice on what to get?

I'll tell you the same advice I gave to everyone that asked the exact same question about 200 times here.....go for a forum, option, m3 or k2 board if you're a starter....those are basic boards with really high quality and you can find cheap models that will fit your needs..

Then a again you could always go with a Burton A model, or a Burton punch, Lamar are cheaper too, all these boards are decent and the ones that Snowboarder suggests are good too, but Id go with the Burton, or the Lamar. Because you can get affordable great boards. If you wanna get cheaper, go for a firefly or a factory boarding deck. My friend has a factory boarding deck and those are great boards for a great price.

Burton Punch???/ Had that when i wus 10 lol. Its for kids. Get burton custom(like last yrs model). You will use that board for a long time. So dont buy into getting beginner boards. Burton owns all other companies imho.
Dont get lamar.
Also ask the guy behind the counter at the shop. Usually there helpful.
