ABEC is the system that rates speed with bearings. ABEC 3, 5, etc. Since it's 700 posts and in the range of it, it's ABEC 700 for the forums. Just a cool little name Steve thought up.

abec 7 is impossibl;e. abec rates how fast the bearing can go b4 they break apart, and abec 1 can go about 50mph b4 breaking. i think 7's are 170 or maybe a lil more.
