thats weird, i used to have a ton of viruses on my old systems then i got xp and havent had one problem. if you have kazaa or any other media download program thats probably the problem

download diskeeper lite, defrag in under 20mins hah, do one of those mega long scan disks,
go to www.pcpitstop.com - fynd ur viruses delete em, do full tests on ur pc (it tests everything about ur pc in a min and tells u how to fix all probs).
If its stil shit reinstall windows
